Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of rockstarplacements.com and the forms, surveys, emails and text messages we use to communicate with you. Rockstar Business Development LLC, doing business as Rockstar Placements ("Rockstar Placements," "we," "us"), is a Nevada company based in Las Vegas.

By using our website, submitting a form or survey, or opting in to our messages, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

Our services

We recruit, filter, and present leasing agents and maintenance technicians to property management companies.

No job guarantee.
Submitting information or working with us does not guarantee an interview, job offer or placement.

We are not the employer.
Our clients make every hiring decision and hire candidates directly. We do not employ candidates, set their pay or supervise their work.

We never charge candidates.
Our fees are paid by the hiring companies.

No background checks.
We do not run background checks, drug tests or credit checks. Any such checks are up to the hiring company.

Job details come from employers.
We share role details as the employer gives them to us. Pay, schedules and openings can change, and the employer's offer controls.

Client agreements control.
For hiring companies, the signed placement agreement governs our services, fees and guarantee. If it conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Your submissions

Be accurate.
Information you send us, including work history, certifications and eligibility answers, must be true and your own. We may stop working with anyone who gives false information.

Permission to use it.
You give us permission to store, review and summarize what you submit, including survey answers, resumes and videos, to match you with roles. When we present you to a hiring company, we share your profile and relevant answers, as described in our Privacy Policy. We share your video introduction with a hiring company only if you give us permission. This permission ends when you ask us to delete your information, except for copies we must keep by law or have already shared with a hiring company.

Recordings.
We tell you before we record any call, interview or group session. Recordings of group sessions stay with our team for internal review and are not shared with hiring companies.

Feedback.
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.

Text message terms

Program.
Rockstar Placements Candidate Updates. When you opt in, we text you about job opportunities, interview scheduling, application updates and placement follow-up. Clients and partners who opt in may receive texts about candidates and scheduling.

Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Rates: Msg & data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you have opted out.
Help: Reply HELP, or email info@rockstarplacements.com.
Consent: Agreeing to texts is not required to apply or work with us.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. We never share or sell your mobile number or text opt-in data for marketing.

Using our website

You agree not to:

Submit false information or apply on someone else's behalf without their permission.
Copy, scrape or harvest content or contact information from our website.
Try to break into, overload or interfere with our website, forms or systems.
Use our website or messages to send spam, harassment or anything unlawful.

Our content.
The Rockstar Placements name, logo, website design and content belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Other websites.
Our website may link to other sites, such as job boards or form tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Disclaimers and limits

As is.
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including about the accuracy of job details, the outcome of any application, or any candidate's or employer's conduct.

Limit of liability.
To the extent the law allows, Rockstar Placements is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost wages, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to any website user or candidate for any claim is limited to $100. This section does not change the terms of a signed client agreement.

Indemnity.
If you misuse our website or submit false information, and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and legal costs from that claim.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Nevada law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms or our website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you agree to those courts' jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to email us first so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use our website or services after an update means you accept the new terms.
