PRIVACY POLICY

Effective date: October 27, 2026

Rockstar Business Development LLC, doing business as Rockstar Placements ("Rockstar Placements," "we," "us"), is a direct-hire recruiting firm based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We recruit, filter, and present leasing agents and maintenance technicians to property management companies across the United States. Our clients make every hiring decision and hire candidates directly.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers rockstarplacements.com, our forms and surveys, and our email, phone and text communications with candidates, clients, school partners and website visitors.

We do not sell your personal information. We never charge candidates.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us, information from your use of our website, and information from other sources.

Candidates (job seekers)

  • Contact details: name, email, phone number, city, state and ZIP code.

  • Work details: the role you want, work history, years of experience, skills, certifications and licenses (for example EPA 608), tools and transportation, availability, schedule preferences and desired pay.

  • Eligibility answers: whether you are 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the United States, and whether you need visa sponsorship.

  • Survey, assessment and interview content: your answers to our surveys, written responses, and videos or recordings you send us or that we make with your consent (for example a short video introduction or a recorded group session).

  • Notes and ratings our team adds while we match you with roles.

We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, salary history or criminal history. We do not run background checks, drug tests or credit checks.

Clients and school partners

  • Name, title, company or school, work email, phone number and business address.

  • Information about open roles, pay ranges, schedules and hiring needs, and the notes from our calls.

  • Billing and contract details.

Website visitors

  • What you enter in our forms.

  • Device and usage data collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring site and approximate location. See Cookies and analytics below.

From other sources
Job boards and career sites where you applied or posted a profile (for example Indeed or Craigslist), trade schools and training programs that refer you, professional networking sites, and people who refer you to us.

How we use your information

  • To match candidates with open roles and present them to hiring companies.

  • To contact you about roles, next steps, interviews and placements.

  • To understand our clients' hiring needs and fulfill our agreements, including our replacement guarantee.

  • To send recruiting updates, job alerts or marketing messages you have agreed to receive.

  • To run, secure and improve our website and services.

  • To keep records and meet our legal obligations.

AI and automated tools.
We use software, including AI tools, to help organize applications, summarize survey answers and suggest how well a candidate's answers fit a role. These tools assist our team; they do not make hiring decisions. A person at Rockstar Placements reviews candidates before we present anyone, and our clients make every hiring decision. If you have questions about how a tool was used for you, or want a person to review your information, contact us.

How we share your information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising. We share it only as described here.

Hiring companies.
When we present you for a role, we share your profile and relevant answers with that company. We share candidate details only for roles you may fit and that you have agreed to be considered for. If you sent us a video introduction, we share it with a hiring company only with your permission. Recordings of group sessions include other candidates, so they stay with our team and are never shared with hiring companies.

Service providers.
Companies that help us run our business, under contracts that limit how they use your information. These include providers of customer relationship management, email and file storage, email marketing, phone and text messaging, website hosting, online forms and AI tools.

Referral partners.
If a trade school or training program referred you, we may tell them whether you were placed, but only with your OK.

Legal and safety.
When the law requires it, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of our candidates, clients, team or others.

Business changes.
If we merge, sell assets or reorganize, information may transfer to the new owner, who must honor this policy.

The text-message consent and phone numbers you give us are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messages and email

Texts.
We send text messages only to people who opt in, for example by checking a box on our form or texting us first. Messages cover job opportunities, interview scheduling, application updates and placement follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also opt out by telling us any other reasonable way, such as by email. Agreeing to texts is not required to work with us.

Mobile information, text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of sharing listed in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

Email.
Our marketing and job-alert emails include an unsubscribe link and a postal address, as federal law requires. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails. We may still email you about an active application or placement.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar tools to keep the site working and to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed and how people found us. Our current analytics tool is Framer's built-in site analytics, which may collect information about your activity on our site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features may not.

Do Not Track.
Our website does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we have about you, and give you a copy.

  • Correct information that is wrong or out of date.

  • Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for a legal reason or an active placement.

  • Stop presenting you to hiring companies.

  • Stop sending you marketing emails or texts.

Email info@rockstarplacements.com with your request. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Nevada residents.
We do not sell covered information as defined in Nevada law. You may still send a verified request directing us not to sell your covered information to info@rockstarplacements.com. We respond within 60 days, or tell you if we need up to 30 more days.

California residents.
You can request the categories of personal information we have shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information for that purpose. Some states give residents additional privacy rights; we will honor requests made under the laws that apply to us.

Retention

We keep candidate information for up to 5 years after our last contact with you, so we can match you with future roles and meet recordkeeping rules, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We keep client information for as long as we work together and as long as the law and our agreements require after that.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including access limited to our team and service providers who need it. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, we change the effective date at the top. If a change is material, we will post a notice on our website or email you before it takes effect.
